Returns & Refunds

Because our UV-DTF decals are custom-made to order, all sales are final once an order has been produced. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-printed products due to customer preference, sizing, artwork selection, or other issues unrelated to a production error.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once production has begun, cancelled orders are eligible for store credit only. We do not issue cash or original-payment-method refunds for cancelled orders after production has begun.

Customer-Supplied Artwork

Customers are responsible for reviewing their artwork before submitting an order. This includes spelling, image quality, resolution, sizing, placement, transparency, and overall design.

For our Upload a Print-Ready Gang Sheet option, files are printed as submitted. We do not rearrange, resize, edit, or correct individual designs unless otherwise agreed upon before production.

For our Build Your Own Gang Sheet option, customers are responsible for reviewing the completed gang sheet and approving the layout before adding it to their cart.

We are not responsible for errors contained in customer-supplied or customer-approved artwork.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contains a printing defect, or we made an error in producing your order, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving it. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem.

If we determine that the issue was caused by a production error on our part, we will work with you to make it right, which may include a replacement, reprint, store credit, or refund as appropriate.

Color & Finish

Colors displayed on computer monitors and mobile devices may vary slightly from the finished printed product. Minor color differences are not considered a printing defect.

Our UV-DTF decals are currently produced in a matte finish only.
