Shipping policy

Shipping & Processing

Most UV-DTF orders are ready to ship within 24–48 business hours.

Orders placed by 10:00 AM Eastern Time Tuesday–Friday will usually ship the same business day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM, on weekends, Mondays, or holidays will be processed on the next available production day.

Our regular production days are Tuesday through Friday.

Shipping Time

Shipping transit time is separate from our production time. Delivery estimates shown at checkout begin after your order has been produced and shipped. Carrier delays are outside of our control.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available at The Trophy Shop of Tiftarea, 121 Tift Ave S, Suite A, Tifton, GA.

Please wait until you receive notification that your order is ready before coming to pick it up. Most pickup orders are ready within 24–48 business hours.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect the shipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the packaging and damaged product so we can help resolve the issue.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location and contact the shipping carrier. You may also contact us and we will assist where possible.
